Lodging

The main venue and lodging is at Dalem's Chalet (800) 462-5009 ; make your reservations with them ASAP..
Rooms are double occupancy for$68 (two twin beds) or $80 (two double beds)

Travel

Car pooling is possible. Please let us know if you could have space to share in your car, or need a ride, or need to be met at Brattleboro. Harford airport is being used by some who may have space in their rental cars, or others may be passing close enough to pick up or drop off. This applies to those coming for a day or part of the conference as well as those attending the whole conference. Contact Mark who is coordinating this effort.

Instructions for getting to Dalem's Chalet (Friday evening banquet) and the
Congregational Church (Satuday meetings and meals) in West Brattleboro
They are within sight of each other in West Brattleboro.

Take Exit 2 off of I91 (blue). Go West (right turn from the exit ramp) on Rte 9 (Western Ave). 1 mile west of freeway you will see a blinking light. Before that a couple of hundred yards you see the West Community Congregational Church (white) on your left. Just past that you see the fire station also on your left. Then just past that a blinking light at the foot of South St. You can cut over in front of the station or turn left at the blinking light, go up South Street to Dalem's Chalet (68 South St.), just a short ways up the hill, and very visable.

We will expect most of you to arrive 4-6 pm Friday, and come to Dalem's Chalet, where we will have information and can chat until dinner.
